STAYME7O brand identity designed at CAA Sports for Carmelo Anthony. Melo wanted a wordmark logo that, like him, could live as comfortably in the world of fashion as in the world of sports. The 7 (which doubles as an ‘L’) has been Melo’s number much of his career and lives inside the logo to represent that basketball is always a part of him.
The logo has most recently appeared on co-branded NIKE/JORDAN merchandise as part of Melo’s SS21 fashion show. It originally launched on a range of limited-edition STAYME7O apparel, whose proceeds all went towards the NAACP’s legal defense fund.
